Norwegian Intellectual Property Office checks formalities
When a design application is filed with the Norwegian Intellectual Property Office, the application will be registered in their system and an Examiner will be appointed.
If all formalities are completed upon filing, the application will proceed to registration.
If there are any deficiencies, the Examiner will issue an Official Action.
